Anonymous Chat in Sri Lanka

On most apps, anonymous just means a fake name over a real account. On Zabi, there's no account underneath it: no phone number, no email, nothing that ties your conversation back to a real identity. You choose a display name (or let Zabi pick one for you), and that's the only thing anyone else ever sees.

Every message is end-to-end encrypted before it leaves your device, using the same kind of public-key encryption (ECDH) and authenticated encryption (AES-GCM) that underpins modern secure messaging generally. The keys are generated in your browser and never sent anywhere, so even Zabi's own servers only ever see ciphertext, not your actual conversation.

And when you sign out, your guest identity and everything tied to it (messages, matches, display name) is gone. Nothing sits around waiting to be found later, by Zabi or anyone else.

Before you start a conversation, you can see the person's age, gender, and that they're in Sri Lanka. Zabi's guest sign-up is currently limited to Sri Lanka specifically, so you're not being matched with someone on the other side of the world. Real people tend to be most active in the evening; if you land on Zabi outside that window, you can still strike up a conversation with one of Zabi's own virtual personas while you wait, rather than staring at an empty list.
